Why does Scroll Doctor request Screen Time access?
Screen Time permission lets Apple’s privacy-preserving system protect the apps and websites you select. Scroll Doctor cannot read your feeds, messages, or browsing.
What kinds of protection can I use?
Start free with one app, one website, and one weekly schedule for each. Pro adds more apps, websites, schedules, and permanent blocking.
How do I change my protected apps or websites?
Settings are locked while protection is on. Turn protection off using the local waiting period and four-digit passcode, make your changes, then turn it back on.
What happens when I reach a daily limit?
Scroll Doctor steps in with a prompt to close the app or website. If you ignore your limit, the prompts return sooner to help you step away.
Can I name schedules and review my usage?
Tap a schedule’s name to rename it. On the dashboard, choose an app or website and switch between day, week, and month views to see its usage and trends.
What is Quick Relief?
Open Scroll Doctor and tap Quick Relief on an eligible blocked app or website, then enter your protection passcode. You get 15, then 5, then 3 minutes across all protections each day. Protection returns automatically.
Does Scroll Doctor see what I select or view?
Apple gives Scroll Doctor privacy-preserving selection tokens. Your Screen Time information is processed locally, and Scroll Doctor does not inspect what you view or send it to us.
How do I remove my information?
Remove configured protections in Scroll Doctor and manage Screen Time permission in iOS Settings. Scroll Doctor does not maintain an account or server copy of your information.
