Overview
Scroll Doctor helps you set daily limits, weekly schedules, and permanent protection for selected apps and websites. Everything happens on your iPhone. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
What stays on your iPhone
With your permission, Apple’s Screen Time system lets Scroll Doctor privately identify the apps and websites you choose and measure the usage needed for your limits and history. Your selections, protection settings, usage summaries, Quick Relief activity, and passcode protection stay on your device. A website address entered for permanent protection is stored only in your iPhone’s Keychain.
What we do not collect
Scroll Doctor has no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking. We do not read your feeds or messages, access social-media accounts, inspect network traffic, or send Screen Time information to a server.
Your choices
You choose which apps and websites to protect, can remove configured protections in Scroll Doctor, and can manage Screen Time permission in iOS Settings. Because we do not keep user accounts or app data on a server, there is nothing you need to ask us to delete.
This website
This website has no analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts. GitHub Pages hosts it and may process basic technical information under GitHub’s privacy statement.
